Staging vs Styling
The difference comes down to whether the property is for sale or for keeps.

The aim is to showcase the best features and potential of a home in a way that appeals to all buyers. Most buyers’ first impressions come from photographs online. Professionally staging your property is a surefire way to ensure it stands out from the rest and immediately captures buyers’ attention.
On the other hand, the same process for homeowners is typically referred to as ‘styling’, or decorating, because the intention is all about bringing the homeowner’s vision to life and creating a home that feels like ‘them’.
